Hello everybody! the good news is that the bauer single has done really well and is currently riding high in the indie charts, going in higher this week than the likes of Underworld, Arctic Monkeys and Sasha…

…..but with good news comes a slightly bad taste in the mouth - a massive percentage of our sales weren’t submitted to the chart people by one of the download sites, meaning the single was only an indie hit instead of a main chart top 40 hit. There are currently investigations going on between our management, label and digital distributors to find out the whole truth of the situation…

In the meantime…thank you so much to everybody for purchasing the single -we’re massively proud of the fanbase for helping us with the release and especially to all of you who bought the single on more than one format. We will be back soon stronger than ever with a new single..and in the meantime you’ll be able to catch us at Notting Hill Arts Club, London on the 9th April (with more gig booking coming soon!)

BAUER HUMBUG!

Thanks to everybody for making it to the Nottingham, Copenhagen and Manchester gigs! They were all fab! There are no more gigs in the diary at the moment as we plan our onslaught of promotion for the debut single, but a UK tour for early 2008 is currently being booked.

 We have now all but finished the edit for the music video and it should be online for you all to seen the next few days. Keep at eye out on www.myspace.com/bauermusic for upto date blogs featuring pics, videos and free downloads.

Thank you to everybody in Copenhagen for making us feel so welcome last weekend! We will be back over to Denmark again in the 1st half of next year for a few more dates!!

BOTH national radio stations in Denmark are playing Connected now. It was originally only p4 (the equivalent of Radio 2) but now p3 have caught on (the equivalent of radio 1)

So we are going over to copenhagen in a couple of weeks to play a show….tickets available from the gig section of this website!

Also - we are meeting the video makers tonight for the next single to discuss ideas/plans etc and this should be done and ready within the next couple of weeks.

Also - the single is now ready to send out to all the radio stations/magazines/internet reviewers ETC..ETC - it will be available to download/pre order in late November and the Official single release date is 21st January. More info to come…
